• A dedicated chat feature with brokers for real-time assistance and support.
• The ability to report issues or delays, seek answers to questions, and provide check-in or check-out updates.
• Facilities for sending proof of delivery (POD), lumpers, and images to brokers or dispatchers.
• A chat function to communicate seamlessly with dispatchers as well.
